Attorney Jeff Thomas is a native Floridian who is a long time resident of Hillsborough county. He has been in the criminal field for almost 30 years and is the son of a Broward county sheriff deputy. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1993 and then went on to graduate from Stetson College of Law in 1997 with a juris doctorate degree. Mr. Thomas has worked as a certified legal intern at Sarasota County State Attorney’s office and also has interned with the United States Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida. Attorney Jeff Thomas was admitted to both the Florida bar and federal bar in the year of 1997. He has also worked as a felony prosecutor with the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County and as a lead trial attorney in the felony division. Mr. Thomas has worked as trial counsel on various types of felony trials such as murder, drug trafficking, theft and robbery, as well as trial counsel for every type of misdemeanor, felony and traffic offense. Attorney Jeff Council Paulk was raised in Ruskin, Florida and is the son of a retired air force major general and a former Hillsborough county commissioner John R. Paulk. Mr. Jeff Paulk, attorney at law, graduated from Stetson University in the year of 1995 and from Stetson College of Law, with honors, in 1998 with a Juris doctorate degree. He has worked as a certified legal intern with the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office. Mr. Jeff Paulk was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998. He credits is vast knowledge of DUI defense to his years as a supervising attorney handling DUI, traffic and misdemeanor cases. Mr. Paulk is a graduate of Florida’s Prosecuting Attorney's DUI and Advanced DUI School. He has worked as a felony prosecutor in the 13th judicial circuit in Hillsborough County and has served as the state attorney's office liaison to law enforcement.
