- 2 year minimum ignition interlock device in vehicle
- Increased insurance rates
- 50 hours of community service
- Mandatory DUI school
- Possible deportation if not a U.S. citizen
4th DUI Offense (within 10 years):
- Up to 5 Years in state prison
- Fine of $1,000 to $5,000
- Permanent driver’s license suspension
- 1-5 years probation
- Increased insurance rates
- 50 hours of community service

- Possible deportation if not a U.S. Citizen
